Online consulting – new method to contact us

We are introducing a new method for contacting us for NON URGENT or routine enquiries, this can be for either medical or administrative questions. We aim to respond within 2 working days. This new system will help us to direct your enquiry to the best person in our team to help.

  • Please DO NOT use this online form for emergency requests:
    • Please continue to call 999 asap if you experience:
      • Crushing chest pain and tightness
      • New drooping on one side of the face, slurred speech, difficulty raising your arms, weakness or numbness on one side of your body
      • Severe difficulty breathing (unable to speak in full sentences)
  • The online forms will be read during office hours.  
  • The online forms will not be viewed when we are closed; either over the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) AND on bank holidays or  between the hours of 1830 – 0800 (out of hours).
