Covid Restrictions:
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and our need to protect you and our staff from potential infection, we are still offering a Telephone appointment first for a new problem. Then, we will decide with you, when an appointment in the surgery can be arranged and this may also be by Telephone or Video. Some Telephone appointments are taking longer than usual, so please bear with us.
We operate a booked appointment system, not a walk-in service and not all of our Doctors work each day. We prefer you to book with your usual GP, to help us with continuity especially if you have an ongoing problem.
If you are requested to book an appointment with our nurse for a long term condition review (Diabetes, COPD, Asthma) then you may be sent a message to complete some information online first. You may also need to see the healthcare assistant for some pre-clinic tests.
We have an ‘on call’ rota system for URGENTÂ problems that need to be dealt with on the same day, but this may not be with the doctor of your choice.

For emergencies when the surgery is closed please telephone or visit NHS 111 for advice.
If your Doctor is running behind with their appointments, please remember that some people will have more serious problems than others and we may have been called out to an emergency. Should you be unable to wait your Doctor will understand and our Patient Advisors will rearrange for you.
