Patients’ comments, criticisms and praise on the provision of general medical services, are always welcome. These will be received with interest and responded to appropriately. Please indicate when writing if you wish for a written response.
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible. The majority of issues can be quickly resolved by telephone and our front line staff can usually help with queries.
If you would prefer to raise the matter with our Practice Manager, simply ask to speak to the Practice Manager by calling 015394 32693 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will set all the necessary wheels in motion.
