| Finding out you have cancer can be a confusing and worrying experience. You may need time to think about it and that’s okay. This information is to give you a list of places you can contact for support during this process. Remember your GP, Nurse Practitioner and the rest of the practice team are here to support you. Cancer is a serious illness but there are many treatments, health care people and groups which can help you. As you are taking time to think about your diagnosis it may help to write down questions you want to ask. Please write questions as you think of them and you can take them with you to your next appointment. |
