As you may be aware, Cumbria Health on Call (CHoC) have been part of a procurement exercise over the last few months, to bid for the contract to run services in Central Lakes Medical Group. I am pleased to confirm that the procurement exercise has now been concluded and CHoC have now been awarded the long term contract to deliver care at the Practice. The bid we submitted met the required quality standards and scored most highly from all bids received. This is now a natural progression from the current caretaking role to the main contract holder and we look forward to continuing to work with the dedicated Practice team from the commencement of the permanent contract on 1 April 2023.
