To order a repeat medication
- Use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app) or Patient Access app.
- Request via the link on the accurX website.
- Use the ordering slip from your last prescription. Or a request form (available from both surgeries). Leave it at the surgery or post it to us.
- Send us an email to clmg.ambleside@nhs.net. Tell us your name, date of birth, medications requested, and where you would like them sent to.
Your medication will be ready for collection 2-4 working days after your request. Only order a repeat prescription if you have less than 7 days of medication remaining.
We will ask you to choose a pharmacy where will normally collect your medications. This can be changed if needed- please let us know.
We can also post a paper prescription to you if you provide us with a stamped, addressed envelope.

Electronic prescriptions service (EPS)
This allows the doctor to send your prescription direct to the pharmacy. You will not have to collect a paper repeat prescription from your GP practice.
You still need to request your medication. See above for how to do this.
